Si Francisco de Goya dijo esta frase tenía toda la razón. El tiempo es una herramienta más en el Arte. El tiempo mueve sensaciones y aquella que duran más tiempo, más tiempos incluso, es la más válida. Si nos sigue emocionando el cuadro de Las Lanzas de Velázquez, o Las Pinturas Negras de Goya es que tienen algo especial. Si El Abrazo de Juan Genovés nos sigue motivando y lo seguimos comprendiendo unido a un periodo muy concreto de la historia de España, es que tiene algo que trasciende el tiempo. De hecho es una obra que se podría volver a poner hoy mismo en la cabeza de todos los españoles.
